Treatments We Offer

We treat spinal conditions with a proven, comprehensive, whole-person approach. We offer a wide variety of conservative treatments, minimally invasive surgical options, physical therapy and pain management to help you not only feel better but feel whole.

Our minimally invasive spine procedures include:

ExcelsiusGPS®
This procedure is designed to enhance the safety and accuracy of minimally invasive spine surgery. It provides enhanced visualization of patient anatomy throughout the procedure to improve treatment.

Mazor X™ Stealth
The Mazor X Stealth is a new, leading-edge robotic technology used by our team to anticipate and fulfill each person’s surgical needs. AdventHealth is the first health care system in the state of Florida to use this technology.

Kyphoplasty
Kyphoplasty is a minimally invasive procedure designed to stabilize compression fractures in the spine. Once the procedure is complete, it can relieve pain and increase mobility.

Vertebroplasty
This minimally invasive procedure stabilizes compression fractures in the spine. Bone cement is injected into cracked or broken vertebra and can relieve pain and increase mobility.

Support for the Whole Journey

From day one, you’ll be supported by a team that knows how to help guide you toward your optimal health. That means giving you the knowledge you need to keep neck and back pain at bay before it starts, and helping you keep it away if and when you go through treatment. No matter where you are, we’ll meet you there and stay by your side every step of the way.

We believe that whole-person care begins with giving you the tools and knowledge you need to care for yourself at home. You have the power to help prevent neck and back pain before it starts, with smart, healthy lifestyle habits that include proper nutrition and exercise. Practice good posture. Stretch after a long run. And be conscious of how you bend, lift and move as you go about your daily activities. By taking these small daily steps, you can help keep your neck and back healthy and pain-free.

We’re with you the whole way. Your Care Coordinator will help you navigate every aspect of your rehabilitation and after-care, from setting up appointments to connecting you with the right physical therapist. Your spine care team will create a personalized rehabilitation program that will likely be a mix of physical therapy and exercise. Even when your rehab is complete, you’ll be given all the guides and tools you need to continue gaining strength at home. Our teams will follow up with you to check on your progress, keep you motivated and answer any questions you or your family may have.
